Schedule of Fees

Tier One - $395.00

Loan assignments in this classification include:

  • Office buildings <5,000 square feet

  • Multi-family <12 dwelling units

  • Office-warehouse (flex space) buildings <5,000 square feet

  • Bare farmland <320 acres which does not include improvements such as livestock production facilities, grain storage, homestead, etc.

  • Hog Finishers less than 1,200 head

  • Hog Farrowing less than 1,200 head

  • Cattle Facilities less than 250 head

  • Poultry/Turkey operations less than 6,000 birds

Tier Two - $595.00

Loan assignments in this classification include:

  • Office building 5,000 square feet and larger

  • Multi-family 12 or more dwelling units

  • Office-warehouse (flex space) buildings 5,000 square feet and larger

  • Farmland which includes improvements such as livestock production facilities, grain storage, homestead, etc.

  • Bare Farmland - 320 acres or larger

  • Hog Finishers 1,200 head and larger

  • Hog Farrowing 1,200 head and larger

  • Cattle Facilities 250 head and larger

  • Dairy

  • Poultry/Turkey 6,000 birds and larger

  • Restaurant / Bar

  • Auto / Truck Repair Facility

  • Medical / Dental

  • Cold Storage / Freezer Space

  • Convenience Store

  • Theater

  • Retail

  • Place of Worship

  • Recreational including campgrounds, golf courses, marinas, vacation resorts, retreat centers, etc.)

Administrative Fees

  • Appraisal Cost Quote Only - $75 (fully credited if Order is expanded and completed)

  • Engage Appraiser Only - $175 (fully credited if Order is expanded and completed)

  • Order Withdrawal - $175 (if withdrawn after Bank and Appraiser are fully engaged)

  • Review of Multiple Property appraisal with Multiple Value Conclusions - $200 for each additional property value conclusion in excess of one.

  • Re-review - $345 (if original order is completed)

  • Limited Re-review - $175 (if original order is completed AND the Re-review task is limited to an examination of the appraisal modifications summarized in writing, including page numbers, by the Appraiser. Bank agrees to hold IAM harmless for any modifications not duly summarized.)
